By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By browsing, accessing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the site immediately. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and Hulkstyle.

2. User Account & Security

Hulkstyle reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove/edit content if we identify or suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account.

3. Supported Payment Methods

To provide a secure and seamless shopping experience, we support clear and transparent payment options at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay using our official authorized channels:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for nationwide domestic shipments within Bangladesh. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): Secure digital payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.Bank Wire Transfer: Direct bank deposit options are available upon coordination with our support team during the checkout process.

4. Discount & Promotional Policy

To ensure fair pricing and business transparency, our discount policy is as follows:

  • Non-Stacking Rule: Only one discount method or promotional offer can be applied to a single order at any given time.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, Free Delivery, Coupon Codes, or Payment Gateway Discounts/Cashbacks.

  • If multiple offers are available, the system will apply the highest single discount by default, or the user may choose their preferred single method.

5. Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Fraud Protection

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to require additional identity or address verification before accepting any order.

  • Cancellations: Hulkstyle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or those placed due to technical pricing errors.

  • Price Adjustments: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for that item.

6. Limited User License

Hulkstyle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for personal, non-commercial use. Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying website content for commercial wholesale or resale purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hulkstyle and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

  • Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled through private and confidential binding arbitration held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

  • The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 (as amended).

Hulkstyle-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট https://hulkstylebd.com ব্যবহার এবং আমাদের অনলাইন স্টোর থেকে যেকোনো পণ্য কেনার ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী ("Terms") প্রযোজ্য হবে। এই ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্রাউজ বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী এবং গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত সমস্ত আইন ও বিধিমালা মেনে চলার ব্যাপারে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন।

১. ভূমিকা ও স্বীকৃতি

  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে সংঘটিত সমস্ত কার্যক্রম।

যদি আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে কোনো অননুমোদিত বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ লক্ষ্য করি, তবে Hulkstyle যেকোনো সেবা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার, অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করার অথবা কন্টেন্ট পরিবর্তন/মুছে ফেলার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিসমূহ 

আপনাকে একটি নিরাপদ এবং স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যময় শপিংয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা দিতে আমরা চেকাউটের সময় অত্যন্ত স্বচ্ছ পেমেন্ট অপশন রেখেছি। আমাদের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করার সময় আপনি আমাদের অফিশিয়াল ও অনুমোদিত মাধ্যমগুলোর সাহায্যে পেমেন্ট করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন:

  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD): সারা বাংলাদেশে এই সুবিধা রয়েছে। পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে নগদে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
  • মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (MFS): বিকাশ, নগদ এবং রকেটের মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য।
  • ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার: চেকাউট প্রক্রিয়ার সময় আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সরাসরি ব্যাংক ডিপোজিটের মাধ্যমেও পেমেন্ট করা যাবে।

৪. ডিসকাউন্ট ও প্রমোশন পলিসি 

পণ্যের দামের স্বচ্ছতা এবং ব্যবসায়িক সততা বজায় রাখার জন্য আমাদের ডিসকাউন্ট পলিসি নিম্নরূপ:

  • নন-স্ট্যাকিং নিয়ম: একটি সিঙ্গেল অর্ডারে একবারে কেবল একটিমাত্র ডিসকাউন্ট বা প্রমোশনাল অফার ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
  • এর মধ্যে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি, কুপন কোড কিংবা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ডিসকাউন্ট/ক্যাশব্যাক অন্তর্ভুক্ত (তবেই সীমাবদ্ধ নয়)।
  • যদি একাধিক অফার সচল থাকে, তবে সিস্টেম স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সবচেয়ে বড় ডিসকাউন্টটি অ্যাপ্লাই করবে, অথবা ক্রেতা নিজের পছন্দমতো যেকোনো একটি অফার বেছে নিতে পারবেন।

৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণ, মূল্য নির্ধারণ এবং জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ 

আপনার কাছে একটি অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ বা ইমেইল পৌঁছানোর মানেই এটি নয় যে আমরা চূড়ান্তভাবে আপনার অর্ডারটি গ্রহণ করেছি।

  • ভেরিফিকেশন: যেকোনো অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত করার আগে ক্রেতার পরিচয় বা ঠিকানা যাচাইয়ের জন্য অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চাওয়ার অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
  • অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ: কোনো অর্ডার যদি সন্দেহজনক, ভুয়া বা জালিয়াতি মনে হয় অথবা কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে পণ্যের মূল্য ভুল প্রদর্শিত হয়, তবে Hulkstyle নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার পূর্ণ অধিকার রাখে।
  • মূল্য সংশোধন: আমরা পণ্যের দাম সঠিক রাখার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি, তবুও অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল হতে পারে। কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুলভাবে তালিকাভুক্ত হলে, সেই পণ্যের অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

৬. সীমিত ব্যবহারকারী লাইসেন্স 

Hulkstyle আপনাকে ব্যক্তিগত এবং অবাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য এই ওয়েবসাইটটি অ্যাক্সেস করার একটি সীমিত, অ-এক্সক্লুসিভ এবং অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য লাইসেন্স প্রদান করে। এই লাইসেন্সের অধীনে আপনার জন্য নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলো কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ:

  • ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো অংশ বা এর সোর্স কোড রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা ডিcompile করার চেষ্টা করা।
  • পাইকারি বা বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো কন্টেন্ট কপি, ডুপ্লিকেট বা পুনরুৎপাদন করা।
  • ডেটা মাইনিং, রোবট বা এই জাতীয় কোনো ডেটা সংগ্রহের টুল ব্যবহার করা।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ ও নিয়মাবলী 

প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহারের সময় ব্যবহারকারীদের আইনানুগ আচরণ প্রত্যাশিত। আপনি এমন কোনো উপাদান আপলোড, পোস্ট বা ট্রান্সমিট না করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন যা:

  • মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল, ক্ষতিকারক বা কারও ব্যক্তিগত গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘন করে।
  • সফটওয়্যার ভাইরাস, ম্যালওয়্যার বা এমন কোনো কোড ধারণ করে যা সাইটের কার্যক্ষমতা নষ্ট বা ব্যাহত করতে পারে।
  • প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপে উসকানি দেয় কিংবা "স্প্যাম" হিসেবে গণ্য হয়।
  • Hulkstyle বা অন্য কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের মেধা সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property) অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে।

৮. মেধা সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property) 

এই সাইটে অন্তর্ভুক্ত সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট—যেমন টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, বোতামের আইকন, ছবি, ডিজিটাল ডাউনলোড, ডেটা সংকলন এবং সোর্স কোড—Hulkstyle-এর একচেটিয়া সম্পত্তি এবং এটি বাংলাদেশ ও আন্তর্জাতিক কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক ও মেধা সম্পত্তি আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

৯. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা ও ক্ষতিপূরণ 

আমাদের সেবা বা পণ্য ব্যবহার করার ফলে কিংবা ব্যবহার করতে না পারার কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য Hulkstyle কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না। এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন বা অন্য কোনো আইন বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের অধিকার লঙ্ঘনের কারণে সৃষ্ট যেকোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা খরচ (আইনি ফি সহ) থেকে Hulkstyle এবং এর কর্মীদের মুক্ত রাখতে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১০. সংশ্লিষ্ট স্টোরের নীতিমালা

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের অন্যান্য সহযোগী পলিসিগুলোও প্রযোজ্য হবে। আমাদের নিয়মাবলী ভালোভাবে বুঝতে দয়া করে নিচের পলিসিগুলো দেখে নিন:

১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও এখতিয়ার 

এই শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।

  • সালিশি (Arbitration): এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো ধরনের বিরোধ বা দাবি বাংলাদেশের ঢাকায় সম্পূর্ণ ঘরোয়া এবং গোপনীয়ভাবে সালিশি প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।
  • এই সালিশি প্রক্রিয়াটি বাংলাদেশের 'সালিশি আইন, ২০০১' (সংশোধিত) অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
