1. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+6). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Pro Tip: To maximize value, we recommend a minimum package weight of 1kg. This allows you to include multiple signature pieces in a single box for one flat shipping fee.

Hulkstyle offers flexible payment methods to suit your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders.

  • Bank Transfer: Secure direct deposit.

  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): We accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

  • MFS Incentive: Complete your purchase via advance mobile payment to receive an exclusive 5% discount on your order.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Delivery Inspection (Mandatory)

To maintain our quality standards, customers are required to check the color, size, and product quality in the presence of the delivery agent.

  • If a defect is identified, please return the item immediately to the agent.

Exchange Policy

If you are unable to inspect the product at the time of delivery:

  • Reporting Window: You must report any issues within 2 days of receipt.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and include all original tags and any complimentary "free gifts" provided with the order.

  • Exclusions: Items purchased during sales, clearance, or under promotional offers are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of shipping for any return or exchange is the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Our refund process adheres strictly to the Government Digital Policy of Bangladesh.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and original delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
